“Castle Newtown - An absolute no-brainer for any USYD or UTS student. Great proximity to the University, public transport, RPAH, and a wide array of retail establishments and restaurants on King Street. While only being a short walk to city life, it is perfectly tucked away in a peaceful part of Newtown. My lease here lasted 6 months in their Premium Studio offering on the ground floor. The rooms are decently sized and leave no room for complaints in terms of amenities and appliances provided. Tenants have access to a well-equipped common room with a large Television, couch, and table to collaborate and work. The Castle team also hosts multiple community events around the year which are a great way to connect with your neighbours and make new friends."

“After having checked out a number of locations over the past 2 years, both far and close by, I would not be exaggerating in the least if I said that this is the best student housing in all of Sydney. Features large rooms equipped with well-maintained and luxurious furnishings, decor, high-speed internet, and utilities. The lodging offers a high-end communal living space, with a very big smart TV. The owner and the manager, Grace, is undoubtedly the mother of all, as she would love to describe her always. She is really very polite lady (and very beautiful too, don’t ask her age it’s shocking) and helpful, which is why I and many else students will think about staying there. The castle; as it’s named, is really safe and well-positioned within Sydney, with a bus station and a ton of stores just a few steps away. New students shouldn't be concerned, and book immediately (if you get a space) without any hesitation!”
